Chicken and Dumplings



2 Tablespoon Butter 4 boneless skinless chicken breast

1 onion (finely chopped) 2 cans of Cream of Chicken Soup

1 Tube (10 ea.) Grand Jr Biscuits

DIRECTIONS:
Grease a slow-cooker and layer in the following: chicken, butter, soup and onion.

Fill with chicken broth, stock or water, just to cover ingredients.

Secure lid and cook for 5 to 6 hours on High.

About 30 minutes before serving, roll each torn biscuit piece (torn into 3 or 4 pieces, depending on size of dumplings desired) in flour to prevent sticking together.Drop torn biscuits into the slow cooker.

Replace lid and cook remaining 30 minutes.
