Brioche Chicken



In a bowl, mix 250g of flour with 1 half tsp salt, 1 half sachet of yeast, 50g butter and 1 small glass of milk, knead, cover with a towel and let rise about 1 hour.

In a skillet saute 1 chopped onion with 3 chicken breasts cut into pieces, spice and add 1 half box of mushrooms, 1 c.às of sour cream and 1 handful of grated cheese.


Roll out the dough with a roller on a floured table and put the stuffing in the middle and roll.

Put in a dish with parchment paper, brush with egg and put sesame seeds.

Bake at 180 degrees about 30 minutes, until it is golden brown.
